This item is a wine pouring guide and is very useful in getting a particular ounce pour correct. This is a helpful tool for those bar tenders that think that three fingers wide on a wine glass is a 6 oz pour as a for instance. This is a 1.00″ thick piece of clear acrylic cut exactly to your specific requirements, (ie height), so that every time you pour a glass of wine for your patron it comes out to exactly what they are paying for. Since we cut the block to your dimension, it will not matter which way the bar tender turns it, it will always be correct. This also makes sure that the pours are exact and you are not giving away extra wine and effecting the bottom line.
